Malaga Province Representative Team - 2022
The Malaga Province Representative Team, colloquially known as Team Malaga, is the equivalent of a UK County side. Spain is split into Autonomous regions, which in turn are split into Provinces. The region of Andalucía plays bowls in 3 of its Provinces - Almeria, Huelva and Malaga.
With COVID having wreaked havoc with everything over the last 2 years the Malaga v Spain matches and Malaga v Almeria matches were inevitable casualties in the battle to contain the spread of the virus.
However, we are confident that the 2022 matches against Almeria will go ahead, even though the Spain match was cancelled.
COVID also interefered with many of the planned Trial /Selection /Practice days and the new look diary for 2022 looks like this:

- Saturday 1st October 2022 - IV ANDALUSIAN INTERPROVINCIAL CHAMPIONSHIP
- Sunday 2nd October 2022- IV ANDALUSIAN INTER-PROVINCIAL CHAMPIONSHIP
- Monday 3rd October 2022 - Return to Malaga
